User objective:
Guidance and effective support to solve the problem that involved the user and a family member (brother), being that the latter misused the user's name to obtain telephone contracts fraudulently.

Development:
On 08/05/2022 it began, with the collection of arguments, information, copies of documents proving and attributing reason to the user, as well as the due permission to communicate with the companies and people involved. This was followed by contacts with the respective telephone company to whom the ORCLUI assistant clarified the situation, ensuring evidence that the user did not reside at the address indicated and that the contract of the telephone in question constituted fraud, and Miss Elodia was the victim of financial abuse by her brother.

Outcome As a result:
The telephone company agreed and proposed to;
1) Erase the debt
2) Remove the "Default" from the user's credit file.
3) Send Orclui an email confirming that the phone account has been cancelled.
4) Notify the user by letter with the explanation and confirmation of the removal of debt in the user's name.
